fixed it! bundle install --redownload && yarn install --check-files
seems to have done the trick (there's probably just one needed but I'd rather just reinstall everything)
anyone got any idea what to do with this? I already reinstalled libidn-dev and reinstalled Ruby, though I'm still on 3.0.3
% RAILS_ENV=production bin/tootctl cache clear
/home/awoospace/mastodon/vendor/bundle/ruby/3.0.0/gems/bootsnap-1.11.1/lib/bootsnap/load_path_cache/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:30:in `require': libidn.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory - /home/awoospace/mastodon/vendor/bundle/ruby/3.0.0/gems/idn-ruby-0.1.4/lib/idn.so (LoadError)

aight, my new off-instance fallback account is @noiob@lgbt.io! I'm moving all my stuff over there so ppl who followed @noiob@cybre.space don't need to do anything
this is @noiob's backup for when it bumps the server power cable again
