Mild Canadian winter horror and body horror
I was outside for about 10 minutes. My topmost ear piercing literally froze, with frost being produced by the piercing.

My ear wasn't frozen, but the metal was
That felt weird
Oh also my eyebrow piercing frosted over too and my eyelashes were starting to freeze shut
And its not even that cold, only like -19°C
