No. Just a joke about dialects. A 'Trumm' (compare: Trümmer) is just a large piece of something. In this case: Speck (bacon)

I am definitely not on any kind of bacon, even including (alas) veggie bacon.

I prefer for myself an omnivore nutrition style, but love to cook without any animalic ingrediences, because that's a challenge. There, I never try to replace meat with mock meat, I just use other recipe. Both non-animalic and animalic eaters liked it so far, so I think I do it ok.
For sure we should size down or animalic protein consumotion, both for health an environment.
