I wanna work from home. I think I'm becoming agoraphobic.
@eclectic It's so strange because I love exploring (forests and beaches at least). I think I just prefer to be in control of my surroundings and maintain a sense of familiarity in certain settings. Walking is a great suggestion though! I've considered it as a means of exercise.
@blusterygay urban environments are much more difficult for most agoraphobic people. Too many people and uncontrollable variables for sure.
As hard as it is, exposure therapy can be incredibly useful.

Find a friend and go for a walk, challenge the onset. Worked for me when it first started setting in years ago, and its one of the best ways to kick me out of bad pit
